Mercari just suspended my account indefinitely I have over 300 positive reviews with no bad. I just shipped out 400 dollars worth of items today. What can I do to get my items back before they are delivered will fedex place a hold on them and return to me. Plus I have over 1500 dollars just sitting there on my account. They accused me of selling fda regulated items it was lotion that I posted

Everyone that has money being held by mercari needs to report them to the FTC, Federal Trade Commission. These sh*tfckers don't care about the buyers or sellers.

CLOSE IT DOWN! they stole very little from me but the point is that they don't review or investigate anything. A buyer claim I entered an invalid tracking number so the buyer received the item and Mercari kept the money.

I have over 1000 great reviews on mercari and I have never had a problem mostly because I never sell anything over $50 and usually it is random things less than $20 when you have a new account and you try to buy or sell something expensive just know you will either get deleted by mercari or someone will buy it and get refunded and you won’t be able to do anything obviously these people are greedy as hell so stay away from selling things of actual value on mercari basically this app is for selling old t shirts and old shoes like for $10 and if you have a lot of junk in your house you could easily make a few hundred in sales but make sure you deposit it in you bank right away as they can take away your money anytime they feel like it if it is on the app so don’t let your balance go over anything you can’t afford to lose and if you want to sell a iPhone or iMac please don’t post it on the internet to sell either trade it in at Apple or meet up in a safe area with someone that has cash and buyers vice versa you people are blaming mercari for people telling you to send you money on a separate site that’s all your fault not mercaris not trying to defend them tho because I know they do fuck ALOT of people over that’s why I’m signing this petition fuck ebay too all these selling sites are a rip off in weird little random ways you would never know about unless you read the fine print for 2 weeks straight

You receive the worst ever customer service in this app. If you are a SELLER AVOID!!! You receive ZERO support if you face a fraudent buyer!!! Because they approve the return no matter what the buyer says!
