Mercari closed my account (I was a seller) because a buyer (scammer) said my product was counterfeit. They had no proof of this and all my products and reviews listed are authentic and 5 star! There was over $1100 almost $1200 in my account in which mercari won’t allow me to transfer funds to my bank account! Every time I question them about my money they gave me no answer. They have done this to thousands of honest sellers and taking their money. We need to stop these global scammers!

They suspended my account due to an error in their system which they admitted after countless emails and why said oh well too bad and took my 500$ balance. Which I made before the suspension so I got scammed. Close down my account. It give me my money

Their site is a scam and I got ripped off $1,500 but I have all of the proof on a transaction on an item they say was never delivered even though the postal service says it was

To put it blunt they ripped me off almost $4,000.00.....all of my account information was locked and closed not allowing me access to any of my account sales and purchase records information...most of all of my issues were when I purchased something they would supposedly issue a refund to my credit card account but the refund never happened... has anyone else had issues like this???

They stole my money and shut my account down for absolutely no reason at all. All because I transferred money to my granddaughters bank account because I don’t have one! Apparently she had been shut before (which I did not know!) so all because of that she shut me down and are keeping my $200+ dollars!!! This site is a scam, the customer service is absolutely the WORST IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! I was called names, was told to shut the F*ck Up, was called a twat, and a drunken redneck which btw I do not drink at all, I’m a 70 some year old lady that can’t work so I do this on the side! I never had any warnings or got in trouble for anything and all because of one tiny little issue they close my account and keep my money! I’m p*ssed!!!! This company needs shut down immediatly they are the biggest scammers ever!!! And they seriously have no hearts and could care less about Anyone but themselves and stealing money from people

Mercari stole my money! Mercari just suspended my account indefinitely I have over 40 positive reviews with no bad. I just shipped out 100 dollars worth of items today. What can I do to get my items back before they are delivered will fedex place a hold on them and return to me. Plus I have over 70 dollars just sitting there on my account. They accused me of asking for private info when it was the buyer who was asking!
