Seriously I had all good feedbacks and they banned me. Deleted all my listings. I'm glad I took all my funds out because reading some of you guys comments, money were being taken by mercari.
im upset because I liked using mercari and I was a safe and honest user.

Mercari has stolen money for me as well- most recently $136 they just removed from my balance. I have filed with BBB and will not quit until they are shut down

They suspend my account . I can't sell comment or buy and they have my money on hold for over 6 weeks already they don't answer when they wil be sending my money ... I hate mercari

Mercari is the worst app to sell on ever. They have suspended and will ban me without probable cause. They did not investigate or even looked at my issues any further and decided to ban me they have the worst customer service and you cannot contact them in any other way other than messaging them through the app. I was selling on there for 6 months and after multiple warnings for having a stock photo i decided to take pictures of the items and even then i still got warning and i provided proof to them that i owned all items in the pictures and that it wasnt a stock photo but i dont think they even looked at that. They don not investigate your problems and they do not care. I will do all that i can to see mercari get banned from the us or removed or make a change and make the app better because it really was a good app but the restrictions and the bad customer service isnt worth my time

I totally agree, Mercari sucks! I worked super hard listing things for months. I kept the money in my balance thing in the app, so I could just do one direct deposit. I had roughly around $800 usd, and Mercari gave me some notification that said "you are missusing Mercari, your privileges are revoked," and then they took away all my credits and balance.. I FUCKING HATE MERCARI !!!!

I swear Im reading about myself when yall talk about being banned!! I had 100% GREAT feedback when I got banned and they stole the $42 bucks left in my balance. Ive got 12 pending orders that have already been shipped and total over $300 bucks so Im sure once they are accepted, they will take that also. Its ridiculous and really sucks cause selling on Mercari is my ONLY income. There are no other apps quite like it. I sell on Poshmark also, but they dont allow certain categories and they take a 20% commission so we have to raise the prices and its harder to sell then. I make A LOT of money on Mercari and they just took it all away for no reason. Yet you have these people who sell fake makeup and other stuff they buy from China for a buck and sell for 40 and they get to stay? How does that make any sense? My daughters are 18 and 21. I got them both set up selling on Mercari about 6 months ago for extra money while in school. Of course I gave them my invite code. Isnt that the point? To get rewarded for sharing the app with family and friends and anyone else? Over Christmas break, my girls were both staying with me for a week and while here, both accessed their Mercari accounts to respond to comments and so on. Mercari would have never even noticed but I had to message them asking them to release funds from an order and I guess when I did that, they noticed 2 other accts using the same IP address. Next thing I know, mine and both my daughters were receiving notifications that we had committed fraud because we abused their stupid referral offer. WTH? They wont even listen to me either. Every message I send to them is deleted. Their email stated they would be taking my balance to cover the multiple $2 referral credits we received. How is that legal. Here is what it said exactly:

It has become clear to us that you have abused our invite code system. You have either created multiple accounts or you have falsely claimed to others the value of an invite code

they ban sellers with 100% great ratings and feedback. Do not care to warn you. and will delete all listing and pictures. honestly pathetic. I rather they charge commission than treat their best sellers like this.

Last warning: take better pictures of your items!!! Next day "your account is under review" 19 purchases in transaction by me 10 sales of mine in transaction and $149 waiting to be deposited cash not countering the 10 packages still in transit over all will be over $500.

They banned account without contacting you. I shipped items to customers and they cancelled the listing and i didnt receive my payment because of that. I wish they should just charge us for like $1 every sold item instead of scamming our money. Fix this mercari or stop scamming th sellers!
