END THE MERCARI SCAMS

I sold few things till one day I was waiting for 2 different deposits one is 470$ and second one is 685$ somehow I got signed out from my account and can't log into it I contacted them no response all my listing got deleted and no money deposited and who ever has my money now which is around 1150+ $ I kept contacting them I mean how in the hell they could stop a processing direct deposit??? Never again super scammers

Completely agree!!!! They have great items on there but their customer service is horrible. Still contacting them about an item that was delivered but buyer says they never received so they canceled the transaction and indefinitely suspended my account.

Cancelled my transaction of 435 dollars with no reason or evidence, buyer got a free iphone and mercari has my money. SCAMMERS.

Suspended my account where I can't sign in and I have money on there and pending transactions! I can see notifications on my phone where I need to rate my buyers and sellers and I can't log on!!!! They ignore me with their 'NO help center.' I've tried emailing them, contacting them on Facebook and Twitter. I filled out a complaint on bbb.org. I'll do anything to take them down! Scammers!!!!!!

Don't trust this app they don't care about the users

WORST APP EVER. The point of selling the item is because you just don't want it anymore right? You have to "own the item" to sell it, but they won't even let me sell LOKAI dupes when ITS MY OWN PROPERTY that I bought for myself and didn't wear it and they deleted it and sent me a warning! THEN I EVEN BOUGHT A VERY SHRUNKEN CARDIGAN AND ASK FOR A REFUND BECAUSE IT DIDNT FIT THE DEscription AND THEY WOULDNT REFUND ME NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I TOLD THEM WHY! THEY WILL NEVER REFUND YOU

They deleted mine and my family's accounts and stole our money

First; I bought something and it has been over a month, I never recieved the item. I messaged mercari several times, no response. Since I didn't rate the person in a certain Amount of time (BECAUSE I NEVER RECIEVED MY ITEM) They released the money to the seller.. 40$ right out of my wallet for NOTHING. and mercari had no care in the world to help me or even respond to me. The one response I got besides claiming false accounts is "thank you for your feedback" when I told them they are extremely unprofessional and that I was going to report them. They then banned my account because my sisters and mother have accounts as well.. They claimed that since my address was used with more than one account I was making fake accounts.. Why would I need a bunch of fake accounts for when I have one !? Not only that.. Who has that many devices to make them on !? We all also have all bought with the address on our account for months before they decided to ban with NO WARNING, it was never a problem until they took my money and I warned them. Along with that, I had sold a few items and had over 50$ in my balance as well as a few credits.. What do they do? They BAN ME, and got rid of my account so I wasn't even signed in anymore.. My account no longer existed ! They then some how made it so that I could not sign in at all on my phone.. Even accounts that weren't banned would not sign in on my phone. The app was not usable on my phone at all.. Not only did they take the 40$ for the item I bought and never recieved.. But they STOLE 50$ right from me! Cash for my items that belonged to me! Wether they want to ban me or not that is NOT legal! They are major thieves. DO NOT USE THIS APP PEOPLE!

I recently downloaded this app and thought that maybe the reviews are false, but it turns out it was true. So I did a transaction with a girl and it's been three days now and she hasn't rate my shop and yes the tracking says that she has received. I want my money now !!!

Worst seller service ever. FedEx made a mistake and my transaction was cancelled which is fine that the girl got her money back but she still got my hoodie and won't respond to me
