Mercari stole $400 from me. At random I received an email saying my privileges have been revoked , of course they still allow me to purchase. All of my balances were wiped and I had just shipped out over 10 items worth about 30 bucks a piece. When I went to rate one of my buyers on that item, the money was never placed into my account. It just vanished. I am assuming this will happen to all my over shipments I just sent. I have contacted Wisconsin Consumer Protection, doubt anything will happen. I am mostly angry because I was selling clothes I liked in order to use that money to purchase clothes I could wear to work. I now have an empty closet with no money to replace my wardrobe. I have left comments in the "help" section... from seeing all these other comments I am assuming I will never see that $400. Has anyone gotten their money back after being suspended for the month?

This is the lousiest app in the world, it is a computer based app. You can never speak to a person? So if you have a problem your screwed, and if you need a refund good luck?

Banned without explanation for a counterfeit item even I had no idea was counterfeit, after a final warning on soliciting a trade on a very pricy family passed down vintage coach bag that I would never in my life trade, especially because I wouldn't want anything to replace it, and I desperately needed the money and not another handbag

Mercari taking down my listings everytime I'm trying to sell some authentic but really old (6 yrs+) jordans. People posting on my page wanting to trade and I say no, but mercari says I'm the one soliciting trades. Mercari customer service is non-existent and bans people for absolutely crap reason. This company has so many complaints on BBB you would believe it. Worst company ever to buy and sell. Seriously, it's a load of crap.

I sold a blood pressure machine and using the preprinted shipping label sent it to the buyer. I received a proof of shipping notice AND proof of delivery from USPS. Then Mercari sends me email saying the product was never shipped. I responded with proof FIVE times but Mercari just continues to send the same message saying it was not shipped. THIS THING IS A SCAM!

I was falsely banned for someone else's doing. I have never had a bad review. Buyers kept asking me to trade and I always said no. Mercari just banned me.

I just got scammed out of $25, which isn't a huge deal but it still makes me upset. I bought a fake product from someone, but apparently they aren't sending any product, fake or real. And it makes me nervous that they could get my address. What could they be planning to do? I'm never shopping online again unless it's from a trusted store. This app puts your information in the hands of psychos and scammers. I have messaged customer service so many times and they never reply. I will get my money back. YOU SHOULD ALL SUE THEM OR TAKE THIS TO LAW WNFORCEMENTS.

I was recently sold a FAKE Anastasia Beverly Hills lipstick, blocked by the seller, and have yet to hear back from Mercari customer service.
