They deleted my account for no reason. They had no explanation besides claiming un true accusations. They accused me of creating another account. Counterfeit items and samples. Not true. My stuff is authentic and i never lie to my buyers. I hade excellent ratings and they ignored my pleas.

I was banned for "Mutiple accounts" when I definitely only ever created ONE account!! They have also stolen hundreds of dollars from my account by taking little amounts
almost everyday. Mercari is a joke!

Mercari needs to get taken down ASAP. Good thing I requested a direct deposit shortly before they decided to ban me for no reason, claiming I was using multiple accounts when in fact I had made my mom an account and verified it with my phone. They don't get the facts straight before just cutting people off- their customer service is pretty much doesn't exist as well. It's unbelievable how they even made it to the app store by being so unorganized.

Horrible app. Banned me for no reason. Also claimed I was selling counterfeit items when my items were 100% authentic. Mercari has also denied me of returns when it was the seller's fault in not describing the item properly. I've had so many other issues with Mercari- they are definitely a scam app.

I was told I had an item that wasn't authentic. Which is a lie. All of my pictures proved to be authentic. I had a lot of previous sells, and happy customers. They suspended my account, and still let people that sell items that aren't authentic stay on the site. I contacted the Attorney General in California, and made a complaint with them. It would be a good idea if everyone sent an e-mail to them as well that isn't happy with that site.
