So four days ago I received. Message from mercari asking me to verify my identity. As a result of this message they suspended my account. I messaged them on their app as they requested with the additional info that they requested and received a message two days later stating that a supervisor would be in touch with me . Well four days later I have yet to receive a response . I have over 400 dollars in my balance and a item that was delivered worth 90 dollars . I have never felt so disgusted of a company. They refuse to respond to me and I took photos of my listings and balances and also took pics of the messages I sent them. I tried clicking on my listing to respond to someone who was Inteested and it says I am suspended indefinitely. For what? I did nothing . I been using mercari for a year and if I just because I made multiple purchases on my card how is that illegal. If anything I am only giving business to other sellers . Never heard of buying many items to be something that should be prohibited .

They revoked my user privileges because I would expose scammers by commenting on their listing and warning other buyers. And anybody who thinks they can get a $600 iPhone 6 for $45 probably deserves to get scammed smh

I don't even understand how these people get away with it the scammers are usually people with ratings of none .I won't buy or sell to those with no ratings ..

I just got banned for no reason. No notification, they took my money that I had in my balance. I have over 20 pending transactions... some I haven't ship yet because I don't know if I'll even get the money...

just made over 3400$ in credits in the past 24h. Mercari wants to ban me because I did something wrong which I never have and always was strict on rating users after I get my item. This is ridiculous...

All I want to do is buy a freaking ps4 but the amount of scammers asking me to rate before I receive the item is ridiculous. I tried to buy 5 ps4s on separate occasions and they all got cancelled because I wouldn't rate until I got the item like you're suppose to do.

Mercari is terrible the customer service is horrible !! I sold a vs pink anorak and did not receive money they have time to delete when users post about scams but don't have time to help the innocent people being scammed ?!! Horrible

I am a 11 years old boy and I sold my psvita and a IPad and I never received any of my money!!!! I was saving my money to buy my football equipment! Now I can't play football!!
