They stole over $1000 when they banned my account for no reason. I have been hounding them with email messages but they will not respond. I will be taking legal action in the next few days.

I too fell victim to this massive scamming site/app. All of my information, balance of $100+, and shipping information for recent customers has vanished from my account. Oddly enough mercari does not have a support system or any technical help to possibly fix this issue, and their Facebook page has been removed, OR I was blocked from the page as a whole. I fully encourage & would like to be apart of any class action lawsuit against this "company"

I have a scamming buyer wanting a return, and was horrified to discover that many sellers are not receiving their items or money back. I sold a brand new in package item. I am terrified I will not get my item back or my money and will be out an item I really didn't want to sell but had for financial reasons.

I am so tired of Mercari. THEY suspend my account because I made a mistake and used stock photos. All of a sudden turned into a kid site. Kids selling instagram accounts, cartoons, fake lip kits, fake mac. Asking you to rate them first. It's getting ridiculous and out of hand. Do they care HELL NO!. Customer Service is a Joke but I'm NOT laughing. If my $1274 deposit doesn't show up in my bank account this week from selling my beloved chanel bag I am going to personally knock on their doors and burn the bitch down. Play with me but don't play with my money!

I have not been scammed.. HOWEVER I am an active user and have seen hundreds of fake accounts posting scams, and Mercari is doing NOTHING about it. I would like to see legal action taken against them
