My daughters and I had separate accts cause they sell their own stuff and use that money to buy stuff off the app - I do the same. They deleted ALL of our accts and they owe me $42 i had in my acct today, $10 from a return i sent back today and $15 from a sale i shipped today... PLUS what my daughter sold (they deleted her acct too). THIS IS THEFT !!! We need to file a class-action suit!!! We are NOT the only ones!

mercari is a bunch of bs

This site is a total scam. I've been selling for 2 years and now they've been sending me warnings about trading when I've never traded before. Then they tell me My account is suspended indefinitely for something I didn't do. Stay far away from this app!!

Mercari stole 75 dollars from me on my first time using it, the seller claimed he shipped the item but he never did. He requested a rating from mercari and they gave him a rating. I contacted mercari but they ignored me its been about 8 days now and still no answer

I really hate mercari. I sent something via regular postage mail, didn't pay for a tracking number. A few weeks later the customer never rated me, but never complained. They deleted the listing and said "because it doesn't have a tracking number, it's invalid" and I lost $6 for no reason. They also deactivated a TON of my listings because they're "stock photos." when half of them were MY PHOTOS! WTF! Who actually does this? Also, it's pretty aggravating trying to get funds. If the customer doesn't rate you, you're screwed for another week or two. Should definitely be: once you hit 50 positive feedback, they release funds unless return is requested. Seller is at 100% every disadvantage and it's a shame. Mercari's customer service is complete GARBAGE! They don't even have a number to call. Take notes from EBay and Etsy & actually do it right.

I had $285 on my account. I had to reset my phone and when I attempted to log back in I couldn't. They said my email was never used at all for an account.

I got scammed twice out this app once for 375 second time for 600 pretty pissed off and the customer service is pure junk takes them days to respond and it's not even a real person

You wont believe i was selling on mercari for months. And the other day i woke up and saw my account got deleted. And the funds were gone too, it was exact $980 dollars. And its gone now. And then wont respont to your emails. THANKS MERCARI

Would not refund money after never receiving item

I used to share an account with my friend and last month I decided to make my own since it was annoying to keep switching bank accounts. I've only had my account for one day before they deleted my account and never gave me my funds! I had 277$ pending for over a month and just the other day after I get a reply from customer service my account got deleted forever without receiving my FUNDS! THEY ALSO NEVER REPLIED TO MY COMPLAINT MESSAGE! I AM FURIOUS!!!! I WANT THIS APP SHUT DOWN !!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SCAMMERS !!!!! I HAVE SCREENSHOTS !!!!

I like the app here and there but they deleted my one account the first time for no reason.

They deleted my account for no reason and would not release over $600 of my money. I had over 300 positive reviews and NOT one negative. They stayed I had two accounts on mercari. My husband has his account and I have mine but because we have the same address we were both banned. A CLASS ACTION SUIT is needed.

I sold an item for $9. Never got reviewed by the buyer so I sent a rating request. The same time i send the request, the listing changed to $6 instead of $9. It actually Changed the price! Needless to say, i never got $9 dollars or even $6. The buyer had my item and i was left without my money.

Give these students their money back!
