Stay away from mercari! I am seller to help pay rent and my college tuition. Mercari banned me for no reason one day all my stuff was gone. Thankfully I got my money but it seems like others weren't so lucky. This has sucked for my business, especially as someone who does this for a living. Mercari needs to protect its sellers. It's all a scam.

I got scamed to .. a few times they cancel transactions which were delivered. I caught them a few times trying to pull this bull on me & I quickly messaged them snapped a picture of my stamps.com data base with buyers name and address and tracking number and told them wait a minute John Doe was delivered this date and this is tracking number I have records in my stamps.com data base. Other times I was not so lucky. My account is banned reason is ambiguous..I have $200 in my account and 20 transaction in progress I'm so anxious. This selling money was to pay my for my 9yrs old son tuition of $450 to go camping for a week with the 5th grade class now he might be the only one out of the 5th graders not attending. I'm heartbroken.. We can report them to the BBB cone on guys lets do it

They banned me and I will also be losing my money and I didn't even do anything wrong .

Same thing happened to me yesterday I received a message saying I use too many different cards for my purchase. So I am suspended!! Why. There my cards it's not fraud I am who I say I am. I use different cards to pay so what they all belong to me so whT does it matter. No fraud just purchasing with my own different debit and credit cards. I responded to them and sent pic of my driver's license showing my identity and still no response and I'm suspended. For absolutely nothing o have done nothing wrong but purchase items

I have been scammed out of $440!!! Buyers who buy my things and then "claim" it was damaged and then return things that I never sold to them...thus keeping the money and product! Mercari ALWAYS sides with them! Protect the SELLERS

I want to open a petition for mercari app. Because we need better customer support. I have gotten so many warnings saying my account will be revoke for no reason and my account got suspended for 24hrs.just because one of my customers said if she was able to exchange an item that I had listed for sell for a different item in my closet. The automatic machine send both a message saying final warning. Also poor support. When you contact support you get a stupid machine that replies back. They go base on what the machine says and there is no way to get help. No number to call for support. Please help!

I too was scammed I listed items. Spent money got feedback and got suspended to unusually crefit card activity

Banned me without a valid reason, I still have bucks in that account but did not get it. They are scam
