Mercari suspended my account for no good reason, They were demanding my social security number and my drivers license number. They said they want to make sure that I am not funding TERRORISM...I am a grandmother and I sold some jewelry from my mothers estate, she recently passed. Mercari is not allowing me to direct deposit my money into my bank account from my sales. They are stealing $198.00 from me. I just keep getting a message from them stating that they want all of my personal information. I will be calling channel 12 news. Do not sell on this site, you will regret it. There is no way to speak to anyone. All I keep getting are messages that sound robotic.......

They went into my finished transaction and said they were refund the buyer because he actually dinnt mean to rate me but he sure wore a positive feedback

Suspended from mercari without question or investigation. They suspended me because of their keyword "red flags." asking a seller about an item for a "sole swap project" was flagged because of the word "swap." complete nonsense.

Do not ever use Mercari! For no reason they suspended my account so I have $50 balance but cannot make a purchase and they are claiming my bank account is on another account so I can't make a direct deposit. This is fraud.

Buyer tried to claim they never got the package but days after me persistently messaging them they finally told the truth that they got it. Had good communication up until the point I asked for a rating. I contacted Mercari and all I got was a stupid machine writing me the same message over and over again. Even though its $25 I still need my money. Nobody use this app unless you have money to waste. They have no kind of customer service and they suck.

I sold a purse and the Buyer never rated my item and Mercari still has NOT paid me for the item now 3 Weeks Later. I followed the process and they will not honor their guarantee. They allowed someone to take my item without rating/paying for the item and I have received nothing but "we're looking into this".

I was banned for no reason. Returned my purchase, was approved. Then release the funds to seller months after! No merchandise plus took my money. In progress of disputing charge with credit card.

Don't risk it, worst app on the net. You WILL get ripped off, customer service is zero. I got ripped off for a lot of money.
