After I deleted my app for a few days just from being aggravated with them I went back on to cash out my money and they deleted my app so basically they have hundreds of dollars of mine that they will not let me get to

Mercari suspended my account saying that i have multiple accounts when i have only one account. I referred my family and friends to Mercari, so absolutely we have the same address. But we are different individuals. Whats the reason they give $2 per a referral if they allow only one account per a household???

I got flagged and banned from their site. They claimed I tried to sell a counterfeit wallet however I had proof my wallet I was selling was authentic. They just banned me from the site and didn't look into my wallet further..nor did they respond to my messages telling them I could prove it was authentic. A lot of people get scammed and or banned for no reason and they do NOT protect their buyers or sellers. They need to be shut down permanently.

This Mercari is ridiculously filled with scammers. I got scammed myself and apparently more people are getting scammed too. Recommend you not to get involved with this app seriously

They stole $45 from me and I have all the screenshots of when they deposited my money into my mercari account and when they themselves took the money after a girl purchased my item and never sent it back. She claimed it was not in condition that I said it was in which is a lie. She also never sent it back and they have taken my funds away so I'm out of my purse and money.

Mercari took $723 (exactly) from me. I had drawn the money out on November 16th and sold the tablet I had the account on locally. The money was supposed to be put in on the 21st. Still no money from them in my bank account and don't think I'll ever see it! I took a photo of everything but have no way to contact them since I no longer have the tablet I had the account on. Just great! Such scammers...

I ordered from Mercari and a lady scammed me sent me fake open empty makeup products when I was supposed to receive real products that were supposed to be brand new.. I contacted Mercari they didn't help me, didn't help me with a refund, and the seller did not get in trouble. I'm disgusted with Mercari worst customer service ever

They have closed my account indefinitely twice for claiming "abusing the credit system" but there are no terms as to how many people you may refer. I basically gave them hundreds of free installs/users from my followers base and got suspended in return. Mercari is a joke
