My girlfriend and I sold 4x firesticks in one sale to one person (200$) and even notified us that the item was delivered. Mercari banned our account and kept all the money.

Mercari banned from their site and I cannot even sign up again and falsely accused me of asking for someone's information and when I send proof all they say is your account is pending deletion. DO NOT GET THE APP IT IS A WASTE OF SPACE AND THEY ARE CHEAP PEOPLE TRYING TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!

I recieved broken goods and they refused to refund me but took the $60 from the seller. Pocketed the money for themselves!!

i was scammed on Mercari by Arianna Ross, she sold me a fake men's bathing ape sweater. I was stupid to even buy it, but now i can prevent others from experiencing what i went through. She has sold too many things on here and its all counterfeit. you people are legit and still got banned, even if that isnt the case why does the obvious fake person not get banned? I want justice

I have my account suspended saying that I sold a "replica" item. It was not a replica and I had proof and they said I had received multiple warnings and I had not. I had all positive reviews and was making a lot of money on it. What a horrible company.

Mercari is now holding $250 hostage while they suspended me. Not even sure this is legal. I can't do a direct deposit. Horrible horrible Co.
