Suspicious activity as well. Revoked because my daughter used my account to buy her father a pair of boots for his birthday. She had an account as well but I was the one that found boots a negotiated a deal. Rather than confuse the seller or risk him selling boots to someone else, she quicly bought them on my account. Since her card was linked to her account they revoked both of our accounts. They didnt give me a chance to explain or anything. 106 excellent 6 goods 0 bad reviews. They owe me over $100.

My account was suspended for no reason. They refuse to tell me why. All of my purchases were cancelled and I have not received a refund. I am discovering this is a common scam and they have done this to several people. This is how they steal your money. Instead of paying the seller for what you purchased, they suspend your account AFTER you make a purchase so they can keep your money and not give it to the person you purchased from. I encourage anyone who has this problem to go to the BBB. I am out $80!!!!

Ive had 195 great buying reviews and 2 good and 0 bad. I only buy. With out any warning tonight i was kicked off the app FOR EVER for supposed suspicious activity. I updated my fiances credit card (lost his and had new one delivered) . This app needs to be shut down!

This company is an absolute disgrace. They permanently banned my account because some child was angry at me for not selling a pair of shoes to him for the price he wanted. What I got banned for? Counterfeit and Profanity. Right... because I had a receipt to go with my item and all I said was "if you don't have the funds, I suggest saving up". Please take this company down.

I am selling as Green Boy Inc via mercari app for 2 years ago and from last year to now I noticed some kind of online scam such as unwelcoming emails asking personal information...etc.
Also when sold an item on mercari nowadays it's 99.99 % sure that you can face unreasonable return of brand new in sealed box back damaged...
As seller there no protection.

Mercari has absolutely no customer service & has ripped many people off, including me. I got banned and they kept all my money for an unknown reason. I messaged support several times only to get the same vague automated response. This needs shut down right now!

This site does not have buyer protection, and deletes account with pending sales. In addition, not costumer service can be reach.

My buyers never "rated" so I had to rate myself but when i rated myself my money never went into my balance or my bank account. It just disappeared, over $200 in kendra scott & $150 in makeup gone on my expense...
