END THE MERCARI SCAMS

I was scammed as well. Paid for items and never received it then they had the nerve to decided not to have my money refunded and item was never sent.

THIS APP NEEDS TO BE REMOVED and SOON will face a lawsuit

Stole $239.50 from me!

I had purchased a Samsung s7 edge. Money had been deducted from my bank account. Then The seller supposedly cancelled the order because they couldn't ship in in time. And then I looked on my bank log and the deduction completely disappeared, but the money was never refunded to my account. My balance never increased. They stole over 300 dollars from me. What do i do?!?!

They falsley banned me and took my money

Mercari stole over 700$ and banned me and my mom for using the same address, assuming we were the same accounts, took 380$ from my mom.

Garbage app... What a way to delete an account just because of sending other users PRIVATE messages about items they MAY like in your page. That is complete BULL! What is the point of a private message?!? And soliciting personal information means giving your: email address, contact number, home address, bank account, social security NOT sending users a message saying if they want anything from YOUR PAGE! I had a good 300+ GREAT ratings and Mercari just threw me off the boat. This company will FALL DOWN. Such a pity... I advice everyone to DELETE this app and stop using it so they can bring back how it was originally. Remember it was $3 for the lowest shipping fee before AND there was NO 10% selling fee. This app is benefiting from our hard earned money. GARBAGE!!

My account was suspended and I was told to complete transaction. But account was not allowed to deposit money even I messaged and follow their required of SSN and driver's license. SCAMMERS! No customer service no email no phone call to contact!how horrible company is? It's from Japan? Oh wow! Took money from users? Keep information from users like bank account information and personal information of address,SSN,phone number,drivers license or any other they ask you to verify like drivers license or passport or antithetical document! Kinda ridiculous! What are they going to do with all users personal information? Be aware of this app! lot fakes there！ this company should shut down

They just suspended me for multiple accounts which is not true...they took $162...I want my money now!!! SCAMMERS, they should be shut down!

I've been selling on this app for over a year and although it helps with an income it comes with a lot of difficulty from buyers sellers and the administration..I'm actually pretty sure someone is trying to scam me right now as I'm writing this..They just bought multiple items from me ignored all of my messages and have no feedback..Some of the buyers on here are unbelievable!!

They stole my $690. I have 71/72 great reviews and 1 good review. They took my ssn and closed my account. Owe me 690. Such a rip off.

Yeah they sent me my "last warning" today when I have actually done nothing to deserve it if anything people have stolen from me more than a few times and I just had to deal with it because there customer service does suck and they get away with not having a call center. they watch what people who make a lot of sales like a hawk to see if they can cancel your account it's total bull.

Mercari deleted my account for no reason

Mercari is HORRIBLE. Scam after scam and they do nothing to help. They even accuse innocent buyers and place too much trust in sellers. Had way too many negative experiences with sellers there and their customer service is atrocious.

They deleted my account because someone else scammed me and I complained. They stole $300 from me!
