Mercari stole my $447 that I had in my account! This app is a complete scam! Just out of the blue they froze my account and later took out the funds. :/

Such B.S! I have bought and sold on mercari and have mentioned trade two times ever! Once when I didn't know the trade word was a death sentence and and second time was today because I genuinely forgot! I use poshmark too and have never had this issue! Now I'm indefinitely banned from even purchasing!? Ridiculous!

They will delete your account without notice and steal your balance, when I asked about it, they said they had the rights to do it cause it was stated in their private policy, when you agree to use the app. Ridiculous!

For those that have been scammed, I would highly suggest talking to a lawyer. Regardless of if it's highlighted in their "policies" about keeping your money, there's a judge in the United States that will feel that it is legal to do so.
