I never thought I could do anything wrong apparently they don't like the fact you're actually making currency without using your card meaning the can't charge your card for no reason still waiting for message back

Scammers!!!!! Let's buyers get refund and gives them their money back before my items are delivered only to receive nothing in my return package. I'm at risk of loosing my money and my luxury items sold. Wtf?! No protection for sellers, no contact number, no way for me to defend myself as to why the buyer wants a refund. Why give the buyer a refund before my stuff is sent back and still in transit?? Not fair and I'm done and want them banned and removed!! Scammer city needs to be gone!

It might not be much but l received a notice that my account was suspended and even my funds would be on hold until my buyers had received their items and gave me a rating . Well my items were delivered and l received a five star rating. Now l have been sent a notice saying that the id l provided them with isn't clear enough and if l don't send another one my account will be deleted and l will lose my money. Please tell me this is illegal right? I have never been through something like this. Please help/ advice/anything l am willing. What l would like to see is this app closed down.

They have suspend my account 3 times!!!! I been able to make a new one last time with a different email, I have sold over 1k now I have about $500 in my founds and i am so scared I never get them! For no reason

They revoked my account for making 3 purchases with different cards ! But they are all mine and have the same address! So angry!!!

They suspended my account because my mom purchased something with her debit card on my mercari account and called it suspicious activity ,she had a good deal on a iphone 6s plus and now she lost the deal and i had my account taken away . When i ask for help they just send an automated message , no actual real service representative contacts you . Its outrageous !

Mercari stole over $500 from me!! How is this allowed?? How are they still in business??? I have read hundreds of stories similar to mine and it's disgusting!!! They make up some excuse to shut you down and keep your money??? This must be illegal and something needs to be done ASAP!!!!!

They stole my hard earned money & says wrong account number or routing bla bla wherein I checked all the numbers 1k times and its correct. Complete bs. The pain is they won't let you save your listings so it means you have to take photos of your items when you want to come back using different device or sell it to diff app. They have no mercy over a word "trade".

Mercari suspended me wrongfully. Took hundreds of dollars from me in the process. This company is filled with idiot kids running it.
