My wife and brother both opened accounts well after I've had mine established for a year. They both live with me obviously. Mercari deleted all the accounts because of same address. However the proceeded to reinstate my wife's because she used Facebook to sign in. So my brothers account and my account are suspended/deleted for good. They called it fraud. Both my brother and I offered to send pic of our id's which would clearly show same address!

Have over 100 nice ratings. Outside of sudden, account got suspended, now being accused of selling counterfeit items. I have never sold one counterfeit item. So I wrote to them ask them to tell me which item is counterfeit, guess what, no answer. Now my fund is sitting in there, can't do direct deposit to get my money out. I use Poshmark, tradsey and ebay, none of them are like this! I believe Mercari needs to be shut down, as they are just scam people!

I shipped my son's phone to a seller. We have the shipping confirmation and it was delivered. Now Mercari says it was lost in transit. They are lying and they took advantage of us. No iPhone, no money just.....out of luck!! I don't think so!! This means waaaaaar!
