They keep sending me wrong emails about items that I never purchased addressing someone else, I am either being robed, or someone has hack them. Either way, this sounds too fishy! (Phishing)

they deleted one of my items that was in progress to the customer because the customer made a complaint saying she doesn't want it. however, the customer can still wait when she receive it and i can provide label for return. mercari didn't questions me with anything but instead favor the buyer and close out that transaction while it was on its way. more to that, they closed my account and all my transaction is still in progress. all items was shipped and some already received by the buyer. They shut me down and now i can not access the funds. i lost over $200 with mercari. i think it is a scam or excuse to shut you down and keep your money even though you have shipped the items to the customer.

Please close down mercari!! They really a theaf scammer!! They stole my money!! They delete my account without any reason and I have alot of pending money. After the buyer rate me I can't even back to my account, I can't get my fund after the buyer received it!! because they delete my account. Please give my hard work money back!! I was on there buying lots of things and I been on there only 2 weeks and people was on there scaming me bad I was buying Rolex watches for big money and antique Rolexes also well something told me to check it out I did with a real Rolex Pro he said I hope you did not give much for these I told him I gave a few $1000.00 each or a little more he said I am sorry but they are all fake and I could not get my money back the person that sold them was not on there no more and I feel Mercari is behind it

I had sold and shipped an item and entered the tracking number through the app. I had been waiting for the buyer to rate me and out of nowhere Mercari notifies me that my sale had been cancelled. With NO warning and no explanation! They took my money and the buyer received the item- this is absolutely ridiculous. Somebody help us, this is so unfair ):

Mercari is free no fees at least in UK at the moment, e.g. each transaction through PayPal Mrecari pays fees , and Mercari cover return postage fees.

This is a scam like many other types of BannersBrokers .........
all your money has been stolen to cover the cost of running an advertising, it will go on till they build budget enough to disappear.
Probably mercari knows about this website that why I can't give you more details in here they will recognise me and block my account is well I don't want loose my money.
If you still use this app my advice is make records of everything keep conformation emails and do a screen shot every day because if there wipes your account you do not have any proof.
For you guys who lost your money already an you got some proof I will suggest open small clam in a court it will not cost you much if anything but at the and of the day you will get all back.

They deliberately suspend accounts, keep people's money and never respond to you. I've read their entire terms of agreement and they have the right to deactivate your account and hold your funds for ANY reason, hold meaning steal. They actually seem to use this to their advantage. All things said, based on extensive reading and personal experience I truly believe this is a legitimate scam operation that took the time to get protection and wear a cloak of legalities. If you are wronged by them it will never be righted.
