3 members of my family have mental health issues. My family tries to make sure that talking about it is normal. Thank you for bringing this topic to light!

My support goes out to everyone fighting an illness. Our mental illnesses are just as valid as any other.

Illegitamizing someone's mental illness will not help them get better. This is a great cause!

This is completely correct, my friend recently committed suicide due to poor mental health. I've been to a therapist many times but they don't seem to help. Talking to others with the same problem sends to help if I'm honest.

I know how it feels when someone can't understand what you're going through. So does everyone else. God forbid someone else has to feel that, when we could all be fixing this. Please support this cause

Having dealt with depression and anxiety, I firmly believe that seeking out professional help for issues of mental health, recieving help accordingly, and opening up about mental health should be in no way stigmatized. If one was sick, they wouldn't keep it a secret. The same should apply to mental health, and, as a community, we should get it out of our heads that mental health isn't nearly as important as physical health, becuase both aspects can affect a person equally.
