At my school I had the honor of establishing our first mental health panel to educate the community on mental health, especially in teens. Last year was our first year of doing the panel, and our community had asked us to do it again this year, with an even bigger crowd. Now they ask us to do it again next year, but twice. I am a proud advocate for mental health, and applaud you for joining the awareness.

Do I even have to explain how outrageously insane this is, first those boys don't give a damn, they aren't gonna be more distracted when a girl is wearing a bright pink bra then a nude colored one?
These girls are also having to buy new bras which is ridiculous, y'all act like girls don't get distracted by boys, when a guy wears a tight shirt or glasses news flash, girls get attracted to and we aren't just their to cover up or undress for their convenience, you are making it even harder which I didn't know was possible, do dresss for school, well guys have very little rules and even when they break those they don't get dress coded, you say how a bra strapping is distracting boys from learning but don't care about the fact that you are depriving girls of education, by sending them to the office or sending the home or whatever you do because their shoulders are showing, stop sexualizing girls for everything they wear.

These dress code rules make girls and people in general feel unnatural, scared or uncertain about their body, and it convinces many that their body is their fault. That they are something that can be raped, and sexualized-and it's their fault. This is wrong! It's the people that choose to look, choose to touch, choose to rape, choose to "assume". That is an excuse. When people say they 'assumed' she/they/he wanted it, that is an excuse for wrong, inappropriate behavior and actions. NEVER assume. You NEVER should be blamed for being raped, kidnapped, or sexualized. Speak up! Let's change the world! I know we can do this!
