We end up taking up from app during an emergency due to some issues if we delay or request one day time.They start abusing and threatening to call relatives friends and office. In that fear we end up taking another loan to pay this and get into loop

Unethically and illegally they are contacting to numbers which are collected from Bank statements. They are collecting data from the third-party sources and calling to unknown perosn. Using abusive and giving threat to borrowers.
