Mountain View High School is currently charging $0.25 for a tampon/pad, which is the same cost as charging your cellular device. This is unreasonable and unethical in many ways. A tampon or pad is something every teenage female needs and they cannot control their ovulation cycle. Would you refuse to give a woman her hygiene product just because she does not have a quarter on her? What if it's an emergency, or perhaps even, they don't have a quarter or they don't have access to those products at home? This is why I want to start this petition to get attention from the school, so they can think otherwise about this issue. I believe that the school should give a student a tampon free of charge if it is an emergency.

Its honestly so embarrassing when you dont have change and your stuck in the bathroom. its not like we choose to have this happen every month. just put them in the dispensers for free already!!
