I don't drive but I have friends and family picking me up and helping Me out regularly.. and when they get ticketed for helping me from house to car it isn't fair and I feel very embarrassed and awful that even a 10-20 min visit can cost them an awful lot of money I think if you have a home in the area you should also have the right to a permit and a space wether you have a car or not!

Awfully unfair parking attendants, Roxy is horrific ticketing people including myself just when dropping off items/family.
Not enough V bays on the estate to warrant these permits, I have a family of 4 with 4 cars. Two of the cars have to park a 10 minute walk away, which is unsafe for a young woman to do the walk at night.
This has made us now look into moving.

PCM should be held accountable for the actions of their employees, it simply cannot be right that residents feel intimidated and harassed by the unreasonable behaviour of their parking attendant. I have encountered the parking attendant photographing (to fine) couriers, delivery drivers, removal companies. I received a fine for delivering medication to my daughter’s door. Appealing makes no difference. Residents have spoken of being ticketed on their own drives and ticketed when snow obscured visibility of their parking permits. It is hard to understand why Hallmark permits this situation to continue, perhaps they can clarify if they benefit financially? I would also like to know why the roads in this development have not been adopted by the council?

I have had several tickets which should not have been issued in the first place you can not build a housing estate with only around 150 v spaces knowing most households have 2 cars this automatically reduces the v spaces even more by over half so the likes of me coming to see or pick up my kids non existent to find a space or my mum who is in her 70s has to park in retail park in order to come visit her Grandkids this is absolutely outrageous so yes I want parking ticket’s abolished in wye dean.

This company are quite literally predatory. Nobody gave me any warning about the nature of this company and I ended up with multiple fines in the first two weeks I lived in the estate. Not one we’re placed in a fine on my window, which would have allowed me to realise the error and move my car to an appropriate location, instead I got two weeks worth of daily fines in the post on a single date.
If the estate want to help us as residents, there should be a list of number plates, one for residents with set parking spaces and the number of cars and number plates those spaces can use (including multiples for members who have more than one car but only a single space) and a list of visitors number plates who regularly use visitors spaces. Plus anyone using a visitors permit whether or not their number plate is on the system.
They are absolutely horrible and I am sick to death of their predatory action. Not to mention the fact that the main person responsible for ticketing, who we believe is named Roxy, is apparently paid only commission and therefore tickets people in their own spaces regularly. On top of this, Roxy regularly blocks people in so they are unable to leave the space/location they are in until she has ticketed them. In doing so, she regularly parks illegally on the estate. The irony is she would recieve a ticket for every single different place she parks on site to enforce these tickets, meaning she would actually earn multiple tickets per day if the rules were fairly enforced.
It’s a complete joke. Every single person on this estate that I know personally has a story of receiving thousands of pounds worth of fines with nobody giving and kind of explanation of the rules at the estate agents prior to moving in, and so you only find out in the post two, three weeks after you receive them. If I could I would try and have PCM closed as a company, as they are literally parasites

People should have the right to park their cars for short periods in order to load/offload goods or to pay short visits to residents. Why not have a system whereby a resident can buy vouchers for visitors to park their car, thus displaying the voucher on their windscreen. This has been successfully actioned elsewhere. I do not know of any residential estate where parking at all times is forbidden- where is the justice in this?

This is unfair on residents. People can’t afford fines during these tough times, especially when taking stuff to and from their cars.
