This would not be allowed in Beverly Hills; why should Van Nuys be any different.
This is unsafe, illegal, and unsightly.
Please clean it up and sell the house to a family that will get proper use out of the property and enjoy area.

The city shall take this as formal notice of the hazardous condition and attractive nuisance that this property is. If an injury to an individual or property damage occurs as a result of this property the city shall be liable.

The tiny front yard often has between 8-12 vehicles parked on it, most of which do not have license plates. It's a tremendous eyesore, and directly impacts the sale price of properties in the area. We've waited for years for the DBS to solve the problem. Fining the property owner solves nothing.
