Have watched red hot embers land on neighbors roof. This is out of control. Made a law that includes cannot be set off near buildings or near 159 ft of occupied houses and have no policing of this law. Not too many areas of PA will you find houses less than 150ft away from each other. There are some, but most places I see them going off are in highly residential areas that are not.

these things are ludicrous and need to be re-banned. they are explosives and need to be restricted to trained and authoerized persons as they once were.

I have anxiety and own my own home. When I hear fireworks going off in my neighborhood all I can think about is my house, or trees, catching on fire.

Loud noises terrify vets with ptsd, wild and domestic animals, and kids that aren't properly prepared and comforted by responsible parents. Home fireworks cause injuries. Laser shows can be just as dazzling without the trauma.

I have 3dogs,all of whom are terrified of fireworks. Just when we are ready for bed, 9:30 p.m. fireworks start.

Ive had it !!! Cant sleep ! Wakes up children !!! Scares the dogs have to death. Including me ! Way to close to occupied houses !!! Fires will be next !! Put a Stop to this insane madness. Ty home owner !!!!

This has been an issue in our neighborhood for many years now. Though since the PA legalization of purchasing fireworks expanded, it has become an almost nightly occurrence. Our township police informed us that though it is legal to purchase them, it is illegal to ignite them in our neighborhood as the 150 feet from any buildings law that is in affect over rules the legal purchase since our houses are in such close proximity to one another. I am frustrated with the welfare of so many (people and animals) being violated by a few that are able to keep doing what they choose with no concern for others. Why is our legal system favoring the immature who do not make choices for the benefit of the whole? At this constant stage of this occurring daily throughout at least 3 of the 4 seasons of the year, this is ridiculous.
