My daughter-in-law ended up in the ER last night from a 20 + minute grand mal seizure because someone in her neighborhood set off quarter sticks after they were warned by police that someone in the neighborhood suffers from seizures. They ignored the warning and gave no thought for someone’s life! And my 3 grandchildren had to watch their Mother seizing!

the only bad part of summer is the fireworks around my house...allllll the time...not just July 4, but a majority of the entire month...both my dogs need medicated during this time...its not fair on either of us...to have to drug our pets, so they don't get sick, from the noise.

Tonight, instead of asking to go out like the good pup he always has been, he crapped and peed on the kitchen floor. He is terrified of going out at night to go potty. I am so sick of hearing fireworks every ding dang night. I can’t even imagine how traumatizing it is to people who suffer from PTSD.

The fireworks are more than a nuisance, they are a threat to the health and well-being of our community and especially those who suffer from PTSD, anxiety, have small children, own property, have pets, and a long list. They should never have been allowed to be purchased and/or used in the State, especially without additional funding to ensure oversight and proper enforcement of the law.

Someone in our neighborhood is constantly setting off fireworks which scares my 99-year-old mother and makes my poor little dog go crazy. It is just not fair and infringes upon my rights your peace and quiet

The idea of liberalizing the fireworks law seemed to be good. But like all good things some people really go overboard and abuse the privilege and abuse the rights of others. Every night it sounds like we are living in a war zone. Please help find a solution! Thanks - Dave
