VERY Few dogs that ever get tied out, ever get the necessary care needed. A poor, leaky dog house, if any, no water or dumped over, little or no edible food, no love or attention, tangled up, collar too tight and a dozen other good reasons NOT to chain an animal out!

I was raised in Ossining but live in FL now. Our county passed a law against dog tethering 2 years ago. Please Ossining, follow the example! Dog tethering is cruel and inhuman.

I grew up in Ossining and had no idea there was not a non tethering law. That really breaks my heart being an animal lover . And my hometown is promoting abuse. I thought dogs by law should have adequate shelter. Please put these laws in place.
