Since June 1 1990, Winnipeg Manitoba has had a ban on "pitbull" looking dogs. We are living in a world where BSL is in a lot of cities across North America. With the province of Ontario working towards lifting their BSL law, let's push for Winnipeg to do the same and make Canada I pitbull safe haven.
