My husband only sees his children 6-8 days a month! When the schedule changed it showed that CSX really does not care about their employees. It is causing a lot of stress on the workers and the families. Please go back to 4/10's! My kids need their dad and I need my husband!

This schedule of 9/5 is horrifically impacting the quality of our family time. Kids miss their dad. And dad is worn out when he is home. It is not heathy for families mentally or physically. And not healthy mentally or physically for the employee. Thank you for your time.

End this residuals work schedule, its only so the company can cheat the men out of a week's expenses. The company says its because it will cut down the overtime, but than men always work over on go home day!!!

If the BMWED will not represent the best interests of its dues paying members, we WILL find the appropriate course of action. Everyone needs to familiarize themselves with the LMRDA. Google it! If we are replaceable, then so are the BMWED officers. No more 9-5's!!!
