I’m in favor of 4-10’s. Personally I’m away from home (wife 3-kids) and marriage issues started. Wish I could work local but don’t have seniority. Three of my friends I hired out with are now divorced since schedule change. Praying to God I can keep my family and job. Losing my kids is heartbreaking!!

How do you change the work schedule without having a vote? Working 9 days straight is one of the most unsafe things you can do. I like to know what my 98 dollars a month is going for. I guess th o change my rest days and get no bump. Thanks union for sticking up for us!!!!!
