This is a petition for optional workshops to be provided in relation to collective labour law, as it has been completely omitted from the employment elective. Many of us have chosen or plan to choose the Employment module on the LPC at the College of Law. However, the course does not cover the highly important area of collective labour law. It is important that when we go into legal practice we are able to advise and litigate on all areas of employment law. It is suggested that 1-2 optional workshops are provided on the area.
