total failure by the city. keeping people unsheltered when the weather is this bad is basically a death sentence.
saw a guy soaking wet under a tarp yesterday and it broke my heart. something has to change now before someone gets sick.
please help them. no one deserves to be out in this rain.
people are dying in the streets while we talk in circles. just open a building and get them dry. common sense guys.

Its freezing out there at night. how can we let people just sleep in the rain like this? we need to do better for our neighbors.
