Please help us by cleaning the creek bed of Bee Creek and fixing the drainage problem in our neighborhood! Thank you!!

Please clean up and improve the drainage of Bee Creek in Emerald Forest. It would benefit our neighborhood tremendously!!

Drainage needs to be maintained creek beds need to be clear of debris.

Please clean up and improve the drainage of Bee Creek throughout Emerald Forest area to ensure flood does not occur. This past year resulted in damage to homeowner property and flooding of the neighborhood pool leading to costly cleanup and restoration of pool services.

If your home backed up to Bee Creek in Emerald Forest, you would not be thinking this a small problem. This picture is of our next door neighbor's backyard. Although I did not take pictures of my backyard, I can tell you this recent flood was the worse we have experienced in the 33 years we have lived here. It totally flooded our shed and ruined all the contents inside in addition to my 1974 motorcycle. We need the City's help to get this creek bed cleaned up and we certainly do not need further commercial development in our area which would only add to this drainage problem. Please do not approve the rezoning of Corsair!!

We must have the creek cleaned up. Too much damage is being done downstream and in our neighborhood.

Please maintain the integrity of our neighborhoods and do not change the current zones .

This is a significant problem for our neighborhood.

Absolutely NO to the hotel! Not only might it increase already bad flooding, but will increase traffic and possible safety! We bought in this neighborhood less than 2 years ago JUST for the safety and convenience of no backed up intersections!!!!

Please think twice about consideration this.

I am sad that the City of College Station does not seem to care about the residents or the neighborhoods. Come on, we need some help here. Also, we do NOT need a highway going through our neighborhood. What is wrong with you guys? Would you want all of this in yours?

My property is directly across from the EF Pool on Appomattox and my backyard becomes a raging river ripping down my fences as water fills up my backyard. This is at least a yearly happening if not more often on going problem in the neighborhood. The flooding of the Appomattox Street presents a safety problem which needs to be addressed especially as traffic on the street has increased greatly over the past few years.

I live in Foxfire and have driven down Appomatox many times after heavy rains, and every time Emerald Forest Park has been completely flooded because of Bee Creek. I'm sure residential properties on the north side of Bee Creek were not much better. My neighbors have a similar problem with their backyard flooding from the creek that runs through Foxfire. When I was a kid I used to go to their house to go swimming in their backyard after a heavy rain. Their wooden back deck eventually had to be removed due to erosion. These problems need to be fixed before more damage is done. Also if a sidewalk was built along Bee creek and that whole green strip along the creek was turned into a park during the process of cleaning up the creek, that would be pretty sweet

I've lived in EF for 7 years and have noticed increase flooding in our subdivision. Drainage needs to be taken care of.

The city is responsible and our tax dollars should go to maintain the creek area . Other areas of the city are maintained so there is no reason why the city should not address the issue. Clearing debris from the creek area would improve the flow of water greatly. Most of it is simply new growth, falling trees, and trash accumulated over time. Clear the obstruction, clean up the undergrowth, and water should flow faster and more efficient without spreading out to damage properties As for the 2818 expansion, I appose the idea and do not support this project.

I am not able to attend Thursday night's meeting due to a prior commitment. If I were able to, however, I would attend and speak out against the proposed rezoning of the parcel in question. It is clear due diligence has not been satisfactorily conducted to ensure all affected parties are minimally impacted.

Please at least delay this rezoning until drainage issues can be addressed.

Neighborhood integrity and maintenance should take priority over any new developments and re zoning first and foremost

City Council please respond to prevent a disaster. Do not be a government body that only responds in a disaster. You have the opportunity to prevent further damage by voting no to the rezoning on Corsair. Also I ask that you see that the City purchase the Bee Creek property and improve it like you did on the West Bee Creek flood way.
