You are taking away the reason why people want to live in Arabian Ranches! We want established greenery and safe NATURAL places for our kids to enjoy. We will leave the Ranches if this carries on. You may be saving money but in the long term you will lose it when people start moving out. Keep the grass keep your residents!

people move to the ranches with their family because it's nice and green! And there are paid where kids can play! Why take that away? Keep the parks!

I fully support this petition. We moved here for the landscaping, not to see concrete everywhere. The pool areas will look awful without the grass. Our area has always got hoopoe birds all over the grass next to the park (Palmera 3) so removing it is removing a habitat, area for wildlife and a food source. When I go down to the pool I always enjoy how pretty it looks. It's so peaceful too with all the sounds of birds. I feel if they are concreting it simply for kids to ride bikes and scooters on then it will become extremely noisy around that area which isn't nice for immediate neighbours or anyone relaxing around he pool. We don't need the area concreting as children can play on grass anyway. Plus they have tonnes of street space to play if they need their bikes to ride. Children in Palmera play within the crescents off the street anyway. I will be devastated to see the removal of grass just due to cost cutting.

Dear Emaar ,
i am writing with regards to the removal of grass and trees in the various communities .
the main reason we have come to arabian ranches and bought a place is due to the greener and the space available for the kids to run around ...the bauty of this place is the grass where the kids can roll around and play ...babies learn to walk and fall down without getting hurt .
it is very sad and dissapointing as an owner that all these changes are happening which are not required , especially given the fact that you have raised our fees by 30% .
i urge you to re-look into this project , dubai is a concrete jungle and you will be making arabian ranches just another one ...no different from any of the other builders out there .
many thanks

On the whole Emaar do a great job of looking after our community and I for one am really pleased that they've taken the decision to upgrade the parks - however it's so important in an urban artificial environment that our children experience Nature. We don't have much of it - so please reverse the decision to remove the green areas in our parks.
