One of the main reasons that make AR a desirable and popular place to live is the abundance of green areas. Take that away and people will live elsewhere. Please don't do it.

To me it is a general element of the maintenance in the Arabian Ranches. I notice that the original landscaping plans from the Ranches are not maintained. Plants are dying and if replaced, only with shrubs and desert roses that do not need / get maintenance. Guess all is to reduce costs, but my community fees are extremely high!

To me it is a general element of the maintenance in the Arabian Ranches. I notice that the original landscaping plans from the Ranches are not maintained. Plants are dying and if replaced, only with shrubs and desert roses that do not need / get maintenance. Guess all is to reduce costs, but my community fees are extremely high!

as a owner we pay exorbitant service fees to live in a green community to not lower the standard and make this a concrete jungle in the desert
