The SEC has officially opened an inquiry into the trading practices surrounding ELTP. This result validates our persistence in demanding transparency for our investments. While this chapter concludes with a hard-won outcome we must remain vigilant observers of the market integrity moving forward.

Please take one minute of your time to sign this petition to have the SEC look into the possible illegal naked shorting of ELTP. ELTP has been on the Reg SHO list now since June of 2009 when it was delisted to the OTC:BB. Simply put, that means ELTP has possibly been illegally shorted with a threshold amount of Failures To Deliver. Translated, that means if you are a long shareholder you are being fleeced by someone illegally stealing from you by illegally shorting this stock. There are rules in place to protect us from this very thing happening. Unfortunately it often gets ignored or overlooked. No longer with ELTP! I know we all feel like our voices can't be heard, but collectively we can and will make a difference. Thank you for your time!

The duration of this situation remains deeply troubling for everyone holding ELTP shares. I am currently organizing the data we have collected to prepare a formal submission for the regulatory office. Your persistence in highlighting these failures to deliver shows exactly why transparency in our markets is so essential.

Seeing this movement gain traction reinforces that we are not alone in questioning these persistent market practices. This momentum confirms that our concerns regarding the treatment of ELTP are shared by a growing number of people who demand transparency.

The naked shorting has been killing ELTP for years. SEC are just sitting on their hands while we lose everything.
