I honestly cannot believe we hit two hundred and fifty signatures because when I started this I was just frantically hoping for anyone to notice my sister and now here we are. It is just so overwhelming and Megan keeps asking me why so many people care about her birthday which makes me want to cry happy tears honestly.

I keep refreshing the page because the sheer amount of people joining in is honestly surreal and I never imagined this would take off like a wildfire. It feels like we are actually building a real wave of energy for Megan and seeing so many people care about her birthday brings me such comfort while we navigate these hospital days.

Megan is watching the numbers climb from her bed and it totally makes her day when she sees a new name pop up. If we can get to that next big milestone before the weekend shift ends she will be beaming because the hospital room gets so quiet at night.
