We have more homes and townhomes that could be filled in years in Newton county. This is just wanting more taxes.

We do not need any extra building out this way! People who have moved on this side of Covington have moved to get further away from the city. This will continue to push towards farm land near Mansfield and Newborn area. I disagree with this proposal.

The metro area keeps expanding. STOP the migration by limiting the amount of homes. We moved here due to overpopulation in Rockdale County. Keep East Newton a thriving suburb that is still a nice place to raise a family. Over crowding will destroy infrastructure, crime rates will increase and quality of life will diminish. Please stop the expansion and preserve the way of life here in East Newton County.

2 acre minimum is what zoning allows-Do not change it. Build a golf course & subdivision for upscale living. Anything else dilutes our quality of life. Listen to your voters not to the greed.

I adamantly OPPOSE the current plan for BOTH the Morgan Farms and Sockeell Corners propositions.

You are taking away the very reason why people want to live here. The land, the quiet, reduced crime, etc. Our roads, our schools and our tiny hospital cannot keep up with what is coming in.

As Mayor of Newborn, we need to control growth on the east side of Newton County.

Please do not develop this kind of neighborhoods. It will be a cause for overwhelming future problems in this area
