This development does not fit with the character of the surrounding residential uses .

Approving these developments will move us closer to just becoming another overcrowded metropolitan Atlanta suburb. It will also continue to erode the beautiful, pristine and historic values of our county.

We first lived in East Newton from 1987 to 1998. At that time it was a charming rural area. From 1998 until 2020, we lived in rural NW Georgia and loved it. However, it was time for us to live near family so we moved back to East Newton. This county is a far cry from what it was when we lived here previously, and it breaks my heart. It's time to stop destroying farmland and woods and keep a more rural atmosphere.

Don't do it!

We are not in favor of any development that would allow homes under 2 acres minimum per lot. The amount of traffic has already increased and the road and traffic situation is not improving at the same pace.

Not good for the community in that area

Please do not modify the zoning or give a special use permit to this development. Our roads, schools, hospital, and jail are already overcrowded. This type of density promotes too much rapid population growth and is a burden on current infrastructure.

This is NOT what we need across the street from a high school.

Please don’t do this. We need to retain and preserve green space such as farms. Not to mention I don’t want my literal back yard to turn into another residential community.

I DO NOT want these developments! This would bring more traffic and crime to this part of the county, and over run our schools. The future of this county will suffer greatly academically, financially, and via increased traffic and decreased infrastructure stability.

I do not want this development to occur near us. We didn’t move here for the development to happen. We do not want an increase of taxes, traffic, or crime.
