I think the inmates should be analyzed for there conduct and ability to rejoin the community. I think David k Dull jr is eligible.

It is my hope that my son David K. Dull Jr. will not see the parole board. According to a study he has conducted, he will be re-sentenced to at least 5-7 more years. Did you know there have been people who have seen the parole board 4 times! What good does that do?
