Family Court judges do not listen to any evidence of false allegations against a father. They are a waste of taxpayer money and violate the rights of alienated parents.

Yeah, I did some research on that amendment. The most diabolically brilliant coup d'état that reversed the freedoms gain by the revolution. Keep in mind, In England you could sue the King in the court of Chancery (1769 Blackstone Ch:7). http://www.theeleventhamendment.com/

My goal is to obtain 1 million letters of support. Even if it takes a few years. I will take these letters with signatures of support and send them to every representattive in every State. I also believe I can write and submit a Writ of Certiorari to the US Supreme Court.

My rights have been violated. I was not afforded due process...but my daughter was fraudulently taken from my custody and has been held hostage for over 1.5 yrs since this occurred. I have been continually harassed since then, including by attorneys and judges

Superior Court Family Judges are the worst offenders. I have personally been mocked by a judge while seated in the box, had offhanded and disparaging remarks thrown at the clerk about me from the bench, I've had judges roll their eyes at me and speak about me in open court as if I weren't even present. Clerks deliver legal advice to female litigants in Contra Costa County and yet refuse men the ability to file legally perfected documents, the entire cesspool is biased. They don't even provide court reporters in the courtroom which is the first line of defense against judicial abuse. Until such time as immunity is extinguished, these abuses against primarily male litigants will continue. It is way past time to reinstall ethics and fairness in California's biased family court system. I support any initiative that seeks to instill accountability back ino the judiciary.

Write a Writ of Certiorari to the Suprme Court then US Supreme Court. Unfortunately, your case sounds like one of the worst ones out there. Write me [email protected] and I will put you in touch with an amazing attorney who is taking the worst 50 cases in the Country on next. He is responsible for the Adkins Vs. Adkins case just filed in US Supreme Court.

I was denied due process, my child was fraudulently taken from my custody (where i have been deemed a fit parent where i share joint custody of my older children with my ex) my daughter was taken with assistance of Judge Crouch and LeeAnne Quattrucci in New Hanover County, NC. My daughter has been held hostage since June 10, 2014 by this Judge and Attorney - (these two took my then 3yr old to a garage and assisted in keeping her there for months - where the man that she was with, took another girl and got her pregnant - all the while sleeping with both girls in the garage ) My daughter has had no contact with me, her mommy or siblings - for NO reason at all! Judges and attorneys collude, laws are ignored, and people die because of it daily.
