Young players prepare all season for the opportunity to be part of a National championship competition. If he is eligible to play, surely an exception ould be made to review his case and allow him the chance to compete

Okay ... so this administration error is the boy's fault... someone that does hang out on the streets causing problems but someone who is participating in sports that is so good for youth these days.... time to correct your mistake and let the boy do what he is supposed to do...
