Impossible. COCT. values one's home AND then increases one's tariff on THEIR value. Their value of your home has absolutely no bearing on one's income. All rates should be based on income.

Just because we have full time jobs doesn't mean we're rich, look out for South Africans like you look out for the illegal immigrants entering this country !!!

This is really not right because now I'm using R600 electric and I get less units I used to buy R300 a month and it lasted for a month and the other thing we suffer for other people because they still electricity but nothing is happening to them but if 1 of us will do that they will come running to us and arrest us
