I am so in AGREEMENT with what is said...People are struggling out there, just to make ends meet, whilst others are receiving/obtaining there electricity FREE of charge, by means of Dishonesty...

The structuring of electricity costing needs to be looked at, as the price of electricity has shot up by more than inflation causing higher inflation over the last decade.
