This increase in electricity is ridiculously high I feel we are now spending nearly a R1000 a month on electricity alone what went from R20 is now R50 a day so this puts us out of the running for free electricity which is unfair especially if there is only one person working

My 93yr old mom sleeps most of the time because she cannot cope with the cold and i can't afford to put the heater on let alone put the geyser on. STOP RIPPING US OFF!!!

My electricity has gone up R500 p.m. since March, not to mention rental increase and everything else - absolute daylight robbery!!

To spend over R3000 on electricity is way to much its becoming ridiculous and can longer afford to survive, where does the units go too as we all work and even just using the essentials does not even save you, with high food prices makes life harder.

Its unfair that we must pay high tariffs while the service provider pays outrages bonusses to previous employees who was fired for wrong doing.

I think that 1KW should be at least cost at 30c.
Eskom needs to reimburse consumers. Corruption, theft miss management of funds.

Daylight robbery - Sucking us dry while others are enjoying everything for free... We can't keep paying for others yet alone keep head above water. Stop paying those massive bonuses and start doing something from your side to help! If any other company is struggling financially like you are claiming you are, bonuses are not paid for one... and will close doors within minutes if they had to push prices up the way you did... but because you have the monopoly in this country you rob us instead. Along with your price hike, everything else goes up along side with you, so how are we suppose to keep up??????????

Electricity prices are ridiculous and I as pensioner have to pay as much whilst others who earn top salaries but because they live in another area are paying very little or nothing at all!!!
