We are a family of 6 adults and 1 baby that use to be able to get through R250/R300pm now we have to fork out R50pd with a income of R10000.00 in total how are we supposed to live and pay our bills when half of our income goes to eskom/coct

I am a renter and as such have also been affected by the electricity tariff increase, which is ridiculous. I just cannot afford to pay double the amount for electricity, but get half the units for that amount. On top of that my rent also gets increased annually. It's tok expensive to maintain.

The way the electricity is going up soon we won't be able to afford what is suppose to be our human right, we don`t ask for much, just to have affordable electricity

I am paying double for my electricity I need for the month which is under 350 units since July 2017. It is ridiculous and I will not accept spike in pricing.

This is a total madness. We're fully aware that we're made to pay for billions being stolen by Zuptas & Co! Get your house in order, arrest, prosecute and convict the Thugs and get the money back as soon as yesterday! Start with jz783!

Living lavish lifestyles on the backs of the poor and impoverished...not humane at all..tragic at worst.

Tarrifs are way too high already, making it a struggle for ordinary citizens to cover basic needs to survive.

Disgusting. How can you equate the price of electricity to the value of the house. It should be the same price no matter what the value of the house.
