The NARC coalition has managed to marginalise the Kenyan tribes and some tribes have been locked out of the government with new threats of a purge in the civil service. Kenyans voted for NARC as a coalition and that has since disintegrated. Since over one million Kenyans have lost representation in the current government, it\'s only fair that elections are called to bring these communities back into government.
