We the undersigned urge the Costcutter supermarkets on the University of York campus to stock only free-range eggs, and we further pledge to buy only free-range eggs from these supermarkets.
The administration at the University of York continues to ignore our demands while they stock their shelves with product from abused animals. Their silence is cowardly but it will not stop us from pushing until they dump these suppliers for good.

The administration at York and these Costcutter managers might have hoped we would just go away quietly. The momentum building right now proves that students are through with funding animal cruelty and we are not backing down until those cages are empty.

About time. Should have happened years ago. Terrible how they keep them in those tiny cages just for cheap eggs.
