Effingham County one of the fastest growing communities in the country evidenced by a nearly 43% growth rate over the last decade. There are very limited recreation and entertainment options available. By signing this petition; I hereby agree to support commercial entertainment options and more specifically a movie theater operation locating in Effingham County. I will support and encourage my friends and family to support a movie theater.
